Review: This baking tray is fantastic! The carbon steel heats evenly, so everything bakes perfectly — no burnt edges or undercooked centers. The non-stick surface is truly non-stick — cookies, roasted veggies, even cheesy dishes slide right off with no scrubbing. It’s also sturdy and doesn’t warp in the oven like some cheaper ones. Cleanup is super easy, just a quick rinse or wipe. A must-have for anyone who bakes regularly.
