Review: I haven’t opened this one yet, but I REALLY hope they work! I have had TMJ for years, because I grind my teeth a lot in my sleep, and thinking about doing the steps is low key giving me anxiety, so I’ve been holding off on doing it honestly 😅. A dentist once told me that these “more affordable options” can only work if done 100% accurately. If you mess it up, it can become as bad as changing your bite over some time, and that freaked me tf out. Lol. Maybe he’s just exaggerating? Lol. Hope this helps!

Review: This is the third time I’ve bought these the first time I did not make the mould correctly. You have to put it in boiling water for at least 30 seconds take it out moulded to your teeth press it where it needs to be and once you have completed that put it in cold water for at least 15/15 seconds. does not come with a case.
