Review: The material that this dress is made of is gorgeous. It is lightweight without being overly a very slight sheen to it. The pattern is so pretty. Very feminine. Unfortunately, it was too tight across my chest while being a perfect fit everywhere else. This brand seems to consistently run small in the chest, which is so disappointing for me because I love their dresses. I am a 38D bust and a medium hips and waist.
