Review: Perfect! Came exactly as pictured. Colours are vibrant & it has a metal adjuster. Smelt like plastic so I just washed it to get rid of the smell.. Took a photo of hat next to other items for size reference. I've got a rainbow theme party coming up hence all the colours haha. (Everything pictured comes from Shein)
