Review: This is perfect!!! I LOVE that the waist band's garter is sewed in 3 layers, is thick and the garter is very secure. The thick waist band makes the fit very secure. It looks like a skirt because of its wide leg. fabric is soft & design is pretty. Adding pockets will make it prettier.
