I love this thing so much. my waist is 27" and I'm 5'4, it hit at just above my ankles. it looks so good with docs AND sneakers. the waistband doesn't dig into my belly which is also a plus. this is something you'd find at urban outfitters 100% like my comment if it was helpful pwease bb (measurements are correct)
