Review: unfortunately, I receive the package with a damaged box. However, it didn't affect the item inside so it's ok. The actual item is similar to the picture. The heels are not too high and comfortable for daily office use. There is enough room at the front portion so it is okay for us with wide toes. I don't like the shoelaces but they can be replaced.
