Terms & Conditions of the “BUEN FIN” Promotion

Regigold, S.A. de C.V. (“Regigold” and/or “DiDi”), domiciled at Av. Paseo de la Reforma No. 509, 24th Floor, Col. Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for and presents the Terms and Conditions of the “BUEN FIN” Promotion.
These are the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “T&Cs”) under which the promotional activity called “BUEN FIN” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) will be conducted and carried out, which will take place from November 3, 2025 to November 17, 2025 (hereinafter, the “Validity Period”). The Participant acknowledges and accepts that in the development and execution of this promotional activity, they will be subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
2.Promotion Details.
The Promotion consists of Participants being able to obtain one or several of the Rewards listed in the following section of this document, derived from purchases made during Phase 2 of the Validity Period and that are authorized within the DiDi App.
Rewards.
Reward 1. Cashback:
Participants will receive 10% (ten percent) Cashback for purchases made at participating merchants¹(include SHEIN) in the following categories: a) travel, b) department stores, and c) clothing stores. Likewise, all purchases made with the virtual credit card at any merchant will grant the Participant the aforementioned Cashback percentage. For the purposes of this Reward, Participants will automatically see, within 24 (twenty-four) to 72 (seventy-two) hours in the “Cashback” section of the DiDi App, the Cashback percentages they have unlocked once the purchases have been authorized.
Reward 2. Account statement bonus:
Participants will receive a 10% (ten percent) bonus applied to the total balance due on the next immediate account statement issued, for purchases made at participating merchants²(include SHEIN). For such purposes, said purchases must be selected by Participants under the “Months Without Interest” payment option and each individual purchase must be equal to or greater than $3,000 (three thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.).
Reward 3. iPhone:
Participants who are winners of this reward will receive the iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB, the color of which will be whichever is available at the time of delivery. This Reward is limited to 1 (one) iPhone Pro Max per participant; therefore, under no circumstances may any Participant be eligible to obtain 2 (two) iPhone Pro Max during all of Phase 2. Likewise, the maximum number of iPhone 17 Pro Max units to be awarded as a reward is limited to 10 (ten) per day.
3.Mechanics and Phases of the Promotion.
The Promotion will be valid during the Validity Period and is divided into 2 (two) Phases, which consist of the following:
Phase 1. Registration for the Promotion. From November 3 to November 12, 2025, Participants who meet the eligibility criteria and receive the invitation to participate in the Promotion may register for it. Once Participants register, they expressly accept the status of Participant in the Promotion and may obtain one or several of the Rewards established in the previous section, provided they carry out the mechanics described in the following phase. Even if the Participant has registered during Phase 1, any purchase made during this Phase will not be subject to the granting of any of the Rewards listed in the immediately preceding section.
Phase 2. Registration for the Promotion and/or purchases. If for any reason Cardholders were unable to register for the Promotion during Phase 1, they may still do so during Phase 2, which runs from November 13 to November 17, 2025. Now then, once Participants have registered for the Promotion in either of the 2 (two) Phases, they may begin to make purchases with their DiDi Card credit card, which may be subject to 1 (one) or several of the Rewards established in the previous section. After the end of Phase 2, purchases made will not be subject to the Rewards established in this document.
Now then, with regard to Reward 3, only the first 10 (ten) Participants per day who have made, individually or collectively, purchases equal to or greater than $10,000 (Ten thousand pesos 100/100 M.N.) will be considered eligible Participants to win 1 (one) iPhone Pro Max cell phone. For the purpose of calculating the aforementioned amount, only purchases not selected under the “Months Without Interest” payment option will be counted toward obtaining Reward 3.The selection of winners will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and for such purposes the exact hour, minutes, and seconds at which the purchase was authorized will be taken into account. Thus, during Phase 2, each day will begin with the counting mechanism starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 11:59 p.m., and so on until the end of the Validity Period.
If several Participants meet the eligibility criteria at the same time, the tiebreaker criterion will refer to the Participant who has reached the highest amount of money in purchases at the time of exceeding $10,000 (Ten thousand pesos 100/100 M.N.).
4.Eligibility requirements to be a candidate for Participant in the Promotion.
· DiDi Card Cardholders who have received the invitation to participate in the Promotion, provided that at the time of the invitation they are not in default on payment of their account statement and their credit card is active.
· Users who, without being DiDi Card cardholders, receive the invitation to participate in the Promotion and, prior to registering, apply for their DiDi Card and it has been approved within the Validity Period.
· Participants who have registered for the Promotion during the Validity Period.
5. Characteristics and warranty of the iPhone Pro Max cell phone.
The main characteristics of the iPhone 17 Pro Max are as follows:

6. Warranty and liability:
The device warranty will be provided directly by IShop-Mixup, in accordance with its terms and conditions. DiDi will not assume any responsibility related to the warranty, operation, or after-sales service of the cell phone device, releasing DiDi from any liability in case of problems with the product once delivered to the winning Participant.
7. Notification and delivery mechanics of the iPhone 17 Pro Max to winning Participants.
Within the period from November 18, 2025 to December 18, 2025, DiDi will make the official notification of the winning Participants through the DiDi App on the Activity page, as well as notify via the email linked to the DiDi App, and will make 2 (two) phone calls to the number registered in the DiDi App.
8. Contact process, substitution of winning Participants (if applicable), and shipment of the iPhone Pro Max:
Winning Participants who have won the iPhone Pro Max must respond to the email sent or through any of the channels previously mentioned between the period from December 18, 2025 and no later than 11:59 p.m. on December 26, 2025 with the information that DiDi requests for such purposes. If any of those winning Participants does not respond during the aforementioned period, the next Participant on the list of eligible participants will be contacted. Each substitute Participant will be contacted only once by email.
If the substitute Participant also does not respond within the next 5 (five) calendar days, the iPhone Pro Max in question will not pass to the next eligible Participant; instead, the delivery of the Reward of the aforementioned iPhone Pro Max will be canceled and considered void.
Place of Shipment: The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winning Participant, after the corresponding receipt of the necessary information to make the shipment.
Shipping Cost: The shipment will be covered by DiDi.
Shipping Date: The prizes will be shipped within up to 60 calendar days (extendable for an equal period) counted from the maximum deadline for the winning Participant to respond. The shipment will be carried out on a standard basis through the courier service that, at its discretion, DiDi selects; therefore, delivery will be subject to the deadlines and times established by each courier service.
9. Restrictions.
Not applicable to Cardholders who have not registered for the Promotion, even if they have received the invitation.
The benefit is non-transferable.
Not applicable to purchases for which a clarification, refund, dispute, or claim has been filed with DiDi, with the merchants where the purchase was made, with competent authorities, nor for purchases that have been canceled or not processed.
In the event that the Cardholder files a clarification regarding the purchase they made, the cashback will be reversed and the charge will be reflected on the Cardholder’s account statement within 90 (ninety) calendar days following the date on which the corresponding clarification was recorded.
Not applicable to purchases made abroad or in a currency other than the national currency.
10. Maximum amount of Cashback and Bonus
Participants may generate up to a maximum of $500.00 (Five hundred pesos 00/100 National Currency) in Cashback under this Promotion, consisting of the monthly cashback limit established in the Terms and Conditions of the Cashback Program for DiDi Card Cardholders, plus an additional limit of $250 (Two hundred fifty pesos 00/100 National Currency) exclusively for this Promotion.
On the other hand, Participants may generate up to a maximum of $500.00 (Five hundred pesos 00/100 National Currency) in Bonuses on Months Without Interest purchases to the account statement exclusively during the Validity Period of the Promotion.
These limits are exclusive to this Promotion and are not cumulative with other promotions, offers, or benefits. If a Participant has reached the maximum amount of Cashback allowed for a given period (for example, $1,000.00 between June 1 and 3), they will not be eligible to receive additional cashback from this Promotion for the rest of that month, regardless of whether they make purchases that meet the requirements.
11. Supplementarity
In a supplementary manner to these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of the Cashback Program for DiDi Card Cardholders and the General Terms and Conditions of Use of DiDi Card, respectively, that are in force during the validity of this Program will also apply. Any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions applicable on a supplementary basis will be resolved in favor of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
DiDi will consider that by enrolling the DiDi Card in this Promotion, the Terms and Conditions thereof are accepted.
13. Legal
DiDi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as to modify, suspend, eliminate, or extend the Promotion, by simple notification through the same communication channels used to announce it. For any questions or clarification about this program, please contact 800 953 3300 Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Central Mexico time).
14. Definitions
For the sake of clarity, the following definitions are provided as terms to be considered in these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to their use in singular or plural:
DiDi App: means, by way of example but not limitation, the DiDi Finance, DiDi Driver, DiDi Rider, DiDi Food, DiDi Delivery, DiDi Store applications and/or any other application owned by DiDi and/or its affiliated, subsidiary, or affiliated companies and/or the same corporate group, and the relevant websites, through which Users may from time to time request and/or acquire a DiDi Card credit card.
Cashback: means the benefit offered by DiDi to eligible Cardholders by virtue of which a percentage of purchases made is returned to the Customer through the DiDi wallet.
DiDi Card: Means the physical or digital card granted by Regigold to the Cardholder, associated with a revolving line of credit associated with a means of disposition, contracted by the Cardholder.
Cardholder: the customer who has a physical or electronic credit card granted by DiDi.
